These terms are an agreement between you and OUTHERENOW ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use OUTHERENOW.

Who can use OUTHERENOW

You must be 18 or older to use OUTHERENOW.

You're responsible for your account and for everything posted from it. Keep access to your email secure, since that's how you sign in.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

OUTHERENOW has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post or share anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal, spam, or that shares someone else's private information.

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms.

Anyone can report content or a person from inside the app, and anyone can block another member. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and we suspend or permanently ban the accounts that posted it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (spots, camps, reviews, photos, check-ins, line posts and your profile). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and share that content inside OUTHERENOW so the app can work.

Only post photos and information you have the right to share. Don't post photos of other people without their permission.

Movement arts are physical — take care of yourself

Slackline, acro, parkour, flow arts, rings, hiking and the other activities on OUTHERENOW carry a real risk of injury. You take part at your own risk. Use proper safety gear and spotters, rig lines safely, check conditions, and know your limits.

Spots, camps, times, line posts and other information come from members and may be wrong or out of date. Always check local rules, permits, park hours, fire restrictions and posted signs yourself.

Camps and meetups are organized by members, not by us. We don't screen members and we aren't responsible for what happens at a spot or camp. Meet in public places, trust your instincts, and leave if something feels wrong.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

OUTHERENOW is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, from content posted by members, or from attending any spot or camp.

Apple

If you downloaded OUTHERENOW from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll ask you to agree again in the app.
