Use Contact support on the Me tab in the OUTHERENOW app.

We reply to support messages and review every report within 24 hours.

Signing in

Enter your email and we'll send you a code. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute. Codes expire after a short time, so request a new one if needed.

Reporting and blocking

Tap Report on any spot, camp, review, line post or profile. Long-press a person who's checked in to report or block them. Blocked members' posts and camps are hidden from you.

Deleting your account

Open the Me tab and tap Delete account. This can't be undone.
